While an in-home health care service can provide for the medical well-being of seniors, there are other requirements for home ownership that continue when a person is no longer able to recognize or handle such situations and still live in their home.

Families can be spread over long distances making it difficult for an adult child or children to look after the needs of their aging parents. Doctors, nurses and in-home health care providers look after the seniors but who is looking after their home?

Blue Tulip Home Watch provides this service for seniors and the adult children of seniors. Owner Carol Stine is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist and understands the benefits of seniors remaining in their home but as a Certified Home Watch Professional, understands thing can and will go wrong in a home if they are not identified and mitigated in a timely manner.

Dallas Aging In Place SpecialistCarol will perform a Home Watch check based on the National Home Watch industry standard to identify obvious issues that can affect the liveability of a home. She will report her findings to the homeowner or if warranted, the adult children or whoever is responsible for the senior adults. If there are any situations that required repair or maintenance, Carol can act as the liaison between the responsible party and any contractors.

Additionally, as part of her concierge services she can provide grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions or other necessities for the senior adults.
